Soy Sauce Chicken Wings

Soy Sauce Chicken Wings Ingredients

✿ 750 Grams Chicken Wings
✿ 1 Tablespoon Shaoxing wine
✿ 1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
✿ 2 Teaspoons Light Soy Sauce
✿ 2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
✿ 1 Spring Onion

✿ 1 Tablespoon Oil
✿ 2 - 4 Slices Ginger.
✿ 4 Cloves Garlic
✿ Water

Prep Ingredients

Cut Ingredients.

Marinate Chicken Wings

Season To Taste.

Soy Sauce Wings Recipe

Cook

Add Sauce And Cook Until Sticky.

Enjoy

Serve With Rice Or As A Snack.




Cut Spring onion, ginger and garlic in slices.





Add the seasoning to the wings. Mix until combined.
Marinate for 1 hour

Spray pan with a little of oil. Cook garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the chicken wings and sear chicken until golden brown. Add the remaining marinade from the chicken. Add water until half of the wings are covered and add the spring onion.

Bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and let it simmer on medium heat for 15 min. Remove spring onion and ginger. Turn heat up to high. Cook until sauce is reduced and sticky.
