Rice Cake Stir Fry 炒年糕

Rice Cake Stir Fry Ingredients

Sauce:
✿ 2 Teaspoon Oyster Sauce
✿ ½ Tablespoon Shaoxing Wine
✿ 1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
✿ 1 Teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce
✿ 1 Teaspoon Sugar
✿ Salt And Pepper To Taste

✿ ¼ Cup Chicken Broth

✿ 100 Grams Chicken Breast
✿ ½ Tablespoon Cornstarch
✿ 1 Teaspoons Light Soy Sauce
✿ Pepper (To Taste)
✿ 1 Teaspoon Oil

✿ 150 Grams Rice Cake
✿ Chinese Sausage
✿ 5 - 6 Bok Choy
✿ 2 Shiitake Mushroom
✿ 2 Spring Onions

Prepare Ingredients

Cut Ingredients.

Stir Fry Rice Cake

Marinate Chicken

Season To Taste.

Cook

Cook Until Desired Textures.

Let's cut all our ingredients
Feel free to use your favorite stir fry ingredients.

Slice chicken in desired thickness. You can use other poultry
and or seafood as well. Marinate the chicken. Massage until adsorbed. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 Min.

Let's make the sauce. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined.

First cook the chicken. If using other meat and or seafood cook those as well. Remove from pan. Cook chinese sausage,shiitake mushroom and bok choy for approx 3 - 5 min. Add the rice cake and chicken broth. Cover with a lid. Let it simmer for approx. 5 Min Or until rice cakes are soft.

Add chicken, spring onion and sauce. Mix until combined.

TIPS & NOTES
✿ Instead of chicken broth, you can use water and chicken powder instead.
✿ Adjust seasoning to taste.
✿ Feel free to switch the ingredients with your favorite ingredients.
