ABC Soup Ingredients

✿ 4 Chicken Drumstick
✿ Ginger
✿ 2 Carrots
✿ 1 Onion
✿ 2 Potatoes
✿ 2 Tomatoes
✿ Salt (To Taste)

Cut Ingredients.

ABC Soup Recipe

Simmer

Simmer Soup For 1 Hour.


Let's prep all our ingredients.
Cut vegetables in desired chunks.

Fill pot with water. Add ginger and chicken.
Bring to a boil. Remove scum.

Remove chicken. Rinse chicken with cold water.

Add all the cut vegetables, chicken and a piece of ginger to a pot. Add water until everything is covered. Cover with a lid and bring it to a boil. Once boiling reduce the heat. Let it simmer for 1 hour.

Season to taste with salt.
Skim off the oil (Optional)

Serve while hot! ✿◕ ‿ ◕✿

TIPS & NOTES
✿ The more carrots you add the sweeter the soup.
