Pork Rib Soup 猪骨汤

Pork Rib Soup Ingredients

✿ 450 Grams Pork Ribs
✿ 2 Green Onions
✿ Piece Of Ginger
✿ 1 Tablespoon Shaoxing Wine

✿ 2 Carrots
✿ 2 Corns
✿ Salt (To Taste)

Prep Ingredients

Cut Ingredients.

Pork Rib Soup

Simmer

Simmer Soup For 1 Hour.

Let's prep all our ingredients. Cut vegetables in desired chunks.

Add Pork Ribs, spring onions, ginger and some shaoxing wine to a pot. Bring it to a boil. Remove scum. Remove pork ribs and rinse with cold water.

Add the pork ribs, cut carrots, and a piece of ginger to a pot. Add water until everything is covered. Cover with a lid and bring it to a boil. Once boiling reduce the heat. Let it simmer for 1 hour.

Season to taste with salt and add the corn. Let it simmer for another 20 Min. Skim off the oil (Optional)

Serve while hot! ✿◕ ‿ ◕✿

TIPS & NOTES
✿ The more carrots and corn you add the sweeter the soup.
✿ Feel free to replace the pork ribs with other meat.
✿ Season to taste with salt.
