*Adjust water if needed
Shape the dough in a ball. Let it rest for 15 minutes
Roll the dough out into a rectangle. Approx. 2mm thick. Spray the dough with a little bit of water. Roll up the dough. Roll out the log more into desired size. Use a sharp knife to cut the dough in pieces.
Place each mantou on a piece of parchment paper. Place in a steamer. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Mantou are ready to steam when they bounce back after pressing them.
Turn on high heat. When water is boiling, turn down heat to medium and steam for 10 - 15 minutes. When done turn of heat. Slightly open the lid to release the steam.
Let's make fried mantou! Heat up oil on low - medium heat. Carefully slide steamed mantou in the oil. Deep fry until gold brown. Serve hot with some condensed milk!
