Pepper Mushroom Beef Stir Fry Ingredients

✿ Shiitake Mushrooms
✿ King Mushroom
✿ Onion
✿ Ginger
✿ Garlic
✿ Bell Pepper / Pea
✿ Carrot
✿ Spring Onion

✿ 200 Grams Beef
✿ ⅛ teaspoon Baking Soda
✿ 1 Teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce
✿ Pepper
✿ ¼ teaspoon Cornstarch
✿ 2-3 Teaspoons Water
✿ 1 Tablespoon Oil

Sauce:
✿ 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
✿ 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
✿ 1 Tablespoon Shaoxing Wine
✿ 2 Tablespoons Water
✿ 2 Teaspoon Sugar
✿ 2 Teaspoons Cornstarch
✿ 1 Teaspoons Sesame Oil
✿ Pepper (To Taste)

Stir Fry Ingredients.

Prepare The Ingredients

Slice the beef into thin strips. Marinate and set aside until use.

Cook

Heat up a pan over high heat. Sear the beef until slightly charred. Remove from the pan and set aside. In the same pan sauté the garlic and ginger for 30–60 seconds, until fragrant. Add the bell peppers and carrots. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2–4 minutes, until they release their moisture and begin to brown. Return the beef to the pan along with spring onions. Pour in the sauce and cook until thickened.
