Chinese Steamed Egg With Minced Pork | 蒸水蛋
Chinese Steamed Egg With Pork Ingredients
✿ 110 Grams Ground Pork
✿ 1 - 2 Garlic Cloves
✿ 1 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
✿ ¼ Teaspoon Sugar
✿ ½ Teaspoon Cornstarch
✿ ½ Teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce
✿ 1 Teaspoons Shaoxing Wine
✿ 1 Tablespoon Water
✿ 4 Eggs
✿ Luke Warm Water 1:2 *
* The egg water ratio is 1:2 in volume. For example, 4 beaten eggs weighs around 230 Grams, so you’ll need 460 Grams of water.

Combine egg and luke warm water. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Strain the egg mixture into a steam safe bowl.
Steam on medium heat for 10 -12 minutes.
Marinate the pork
*Adjust seasoning to taste. Cook pork until ready.
When eggs are done, add the cooked pork on top.

TIPS & NOTES
✿ For other variations you can add some dried shrimp and spring onion in the egg mixture before steaming.
