Tomato Egg Stir Fry Ingredients

Seasoning:
✿ ½ Teaspoon Salt
✿ 1 - 2 Teaspoons Sugar
✿ Ketchup
✿ Spring Onion

✿ 2 - 3 Tomatoes
✿ 4 Eggs
✿ Cornstarch Slurry
✿ Water

Prepare Ingredients

Cut Tomatoes.

Enjoy While Hot

Cut tomatoes in desired chunks. Crack eggs in a bowl and whisk the eggs.



Heat up pan with some oil. Cook eggs. Cook until half done. Once eggs are half cooked remove from the pan and set aside.

Add in the tomatoes. Season to taste with salt, sugar and ketchup.

Close with a lid. Simmer for 2 - 5 min. Add cornstarch slurry
until desired consistency. Add in the eggs. Mix until combined.


Serve hot with a bowl of rice.

✿ Amount of tomatoes depends on personal preferences.
✿ Adjust seasoning to taste.
