How To Make Garlic Oil

Do you love the taste and smell of garlic? Follow this step by step instructions for Homemade Delicious Garlic infused Oil!

This is one of the recipes that my dad teached me. This is one of the basic oil I always have at home to cook with. Garlic is a must condiment for Asian cuisine. Making this oil makes it easier every time I cook. You can use this Garlic Oil for almost everything. Use it when you stir fry vegetables, as a seasoning, as regular oil, or put it on top of your dishes. It will give it an extra nice garlic aroma and taste to your food!

Garlic Oil

Ingredients

✿ Garlic
✿ Oil


Peeled-Garlic

Prepare Garlic

Peel Garlic.

Minced-Garlic-Garlic-Oil

Cut Garlic

Mince Or Cut Garlic.

Garlic-Infused-Oil

Fry Garlic

Fry Until Golden Light Brown.

Homemade-Garlic-Oil

Store Oil

Store In Clean Jar.

*If using pre-minced Garlic from the store skip to ‘Fry Garlic’

Peel and cut the garlic in small pieces. Use a food processor if prefered.





Heat up oil (enough to cover all the garlic) on Medium heat. Add the Garlic and cook it until light yellow.

When light yellow turn down the heat to low and keep cooking until the garlic turns light brown.

When light brown turn of the heat and let it cool down completely in the pan.


Transfer the oil to a glass jar and it's ready to use for your cooking!

TIPS & NOTES
✿ I used avocado oil for my garlic oil, but you can use other oils as well like olive oil.
✿ Store in clean heat proof glass container.
✿ Store garlic oil in the fridge for up to 6 months.
✿ Use food processor to chop the garlic to make it faster. Or you can also buy the pre-made chopped garlic from the store. Saves you some time ^-^
