โฟ Lemon Juice
โฟ 3 Eggs
โฟ 200 Grams Sugar
โฟ 240 Grams Greek Yogurt
โฟ 120 Milliliters Oil
โฟ Lemon Zest
โฟ ยฝ Lemon Juice
โฟ 1 Teaspoon Lemon Extract
โฟ 180 Grams Flour
โฟ 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
โฟ ยฝ Teaspoon Salt

Make Batters
Mix Together.
Pour In Mold
Bake 350F | 50 - 60 Min.
Decorate
Drizzle With Glaze.
Add egg and sugar into a bowl. Whisk until a little foamy. Add the remaining wet ingredients and zest one lemon. Whisk until combined. Add the dry ingredients. Whisk until smooth and clump free.
Pour in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
Remove from mold. Let it cool down completely.
Let's make a simple glaze. To the powdered sugar add lemon juice until desired consistency.
