Chocolate Loaf Cake Ingredients
✿ 1 Cup Milk
✿ 160 Grams Greek Yogurt
✿ ½ Cup Oil
✿ 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
✿ 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
✿ 1 Cup Brewed Coffee
✿ 270 Grams Flour
✿ 150 Grams White Sugar
✿ 50 Grams Brown Sugar
✿ 60 Grams Cocoa Powder
✿ 1 Tablespoon Espresso Powder
✿ 1 ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
✿ 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
✿ ½ Teaspoon Salt

Make Batters
Mix Together.
Pour In Mold
Bake 350F | 50 - 60 Min.
Decorate
Drizzle With Chocolate.
Add wet ingredients to a bowl. Except for the coffee. Whisk until combined. Combine the dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix to combine Do NOT overmix.
*You can also alternate whisking in the flour mixture to make sure everything is evenly mixed.
Whisk in the HOT brewed coffee in 3 batches until combined.
Pour in loaf pan lined with parchment paper
Bake 350F | 50 - 60 Min
Cool down completely in the mold
Optional: Drizzle with chocolate
