Steamed Pork Ingredients
✿ 1 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
✿ 1 Teaspoon Sugar
✿ 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
✿ 1 Teaspoons Sesame Oil
✿ 1 Teaspoon Chicken Powder
✿ Salt & Pepper (To Taste)
✿ 350 Grams Pork
✿ Preserved Vegetables
✿ 2 Spring Onions

Marinate The Pork
Season To Taste.
Steam
Steam Medium Heat 10 - 15 Min.
Serve Hot
Serve With Rice!
Cut the pork in small squares. I am using a food processor to grind the meat.
Cut preserved vegetables in smaller pieces. Use your favorite type of preserved vegetables.
Add minced pork to a bowl. Add the seasoning. Adjust seasoning to taste. Stir with chopsticks until combined and sticky. Add desired amount of preserved vegetables and spring onions. Mix until combined.
Spray / coat steamable plate with some oil. Add the pork mixture and flatten. Spray with some oil.
Steam on medium heat for 10 - 15 Min
Delicious served with rice. ✿◕ ‿ ◕✿
TIPS & NOTES
✿ I used boneless pork ribs for the Steamed pork. You can also use pork shoulder or pork butt.
✿ Adjust seasoning to taste.
