Belgian Waffles
Today we will make brussels waffles! Brussels waffles also known as belgium waffles. If you’ve been around on my channel you might have seen my belgium liege waffles recipe.
So you might wonder, What is the difference between belgian liege waffles and brussels waffles?
The Liege waffle is small, thick round waffle and the Brussels waffle is larger and has a rectangular shape. Liege waffles have pearl sugar inside and brussels waffles are lighter and dusted with powdered sugar.
Make these brussels waffles as a snack or for breakfast or lunch! They also make a great on the go waffle. Eat them dusted with powdered sugar or serve them with your favorite toppings!

Brussels Waffle
Brussels waffle Ingredients
✿ 170 Grams Butter
✿ 150 Grams Sugar
✿ 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Sugar
✿ 3 Eggs
✿ 370 Grams Flour
✿ 14 Grams Baking Powder
✿ 1 Cup Milk
✿ 1 Cup Water

Attach flat beater. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs in batches and mix until incorporated.
Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Slowly add the liquid. Mix until a smooth batter.
Time to make waffles!
Heat up waffle maker. Brush with some butter.
Scoop in batter and cook until ready.
Approx. 3 - 4 Min
Dust with powdered sugar or top with your favorite ingredients.

TIPS & NOTES
✿ Instead of vanilla sugar, you can use vanilla extract.
