Steamed Black Bean Chicken Ingredients

✿ 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
✿ 4 Garlic Cloves
✿ 1 Tablespoon Fermented Black Beans
✿ 2 Tablespoons Oil

✿ 350 Grams Chicken Thigh
✿ 1 Tablespoon Shaoxing Wine
✿ 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
✿ ½ Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
✿ ¼ Teaspoon Sugar
✿ Pepper & Salt (To Taste )
✿ 2 Spring Onions
✿ Piece Of Ginger

Black Bean Steamed Chicken

Prepare Ingredients

Cut Ingredients.

Steamed Chicken

Marinate Chicken

Season To Taste.

Steamed Black Bean Chicken

Steam

Steam 10 - 15 Min.

Slice ginger. Mince garlic and cut chicken in small/desired pieces. To the chicken add the sliced ginger and spring onion. Season Chicken to taste. Massage until combined. Marinate for 30 Min or overnight.


Remove ginger and spring onion. Add garlic and fermented black beans. Pour 1 - 2 Tbsp HOT oil over it.


Steam on high heat for 15 Min. Serve with rice.
