Steamed Mushroom Chicken Ingredients

โœฟ 1 Tablespoon Oil
โœฟ ยผ Teaspoon Sesame Oil
โœฟ 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
โœฟ 1 Teaspoon Shaoxing Wine
โœฟ ยผ Teaspoon Sugar
โœฟ Salt & Pepper
โœฟ 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch

โœฟ 450 Grams Chicken Thigh
โœฟ 1 Chinese Sausage
โœฟ 1 Spring Onion
โœฟ 1 Piece Ginger
โœฟ 3 - 4 Shiitake Mushroom

Prepare Ingredients

Marinate Chicken.

Steamed Chicken Thigh

Steam 10 - 15 Min.

Chinese Steamed Chicken

Prep the Ingredients

Mince the ginger, slice the mushrooms and Chinese sausage.

Marinate the Chicken

In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken with: minced ginger, sliced mushrooms and all seasoning ingredients.
