Steamed Mushroom Chicken Ingredients
✿ ⅓ Cup Water
✿ 1 Tablespoon Oil
✿ ¼ Teaspoon Sesame Oil
✿ 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
✿ 1 Teaspoon Shaoxing Wine
✿ ¼ Teaspoon Sugar
✿ Salt & Pepper
✿ 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
✿ 450 Grams Chicken Thigh
✿ 1 Chinese Sausage
✿ 1 Spring Onion
✿ 1 Piece Ginger
✿ 3 - 4 Shiitake Mushroom

Prepare Ingredients
Marinate Chicken.
Steam
Steam 10 - 15 Min.
Enjoy!
Serve With Hot Rice.
Prep the Ingredients
Mince the ginger, slice the mushrooms and Chinese sausage.
Marinate the Chicken
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken with: minced ginger, sliced mushrooms and all seasoning ingredients.
Massage the mixture well until the chicken absorbs most of the liquid. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for deeper flavor.
Prepare for Steaming
Transfer the marinated chicken mixture to a steam-safe plate or shallow dish. Arrange the slices of Chinese sausage evenly on top. Place the plate in a steamer over boiling water. Steam over medium-high heat for 10 - 15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
