Sauce :
โœฟ 1 Tablespoon Dark Soy
โœฟ 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
โœฟ 1 Tablespoon Mirin
โœฟ 1 Tablespoon Honey / Sugar
โœฟ 1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
โœฟ 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
โœฟ ยฝ Teaspoon Cornstarch

โœฟ 400 Grams Udon Noodles
โœฟ 225 Grams Sliced Beef
โœฟ 1 Tablespoon Oil
โœฟ 4 Cloves Garlic
โœฟ ยฝ Onion
โœฟ 4 Spring Onions
โœฟ Bok Choy(Optional )

Yaki Udon Stir Fry

Cook

Stir Fry.

Prepare the udon noodles according to the package instructions. If using frozen udon, boil for 1โ€“2 minutes until loosened. Drain and set aside.

Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add a bit of oil, then sautรฉ the minced garlic, sliced onion, and spring onion until fragrant (about 2 minutes). Add bok choy. Stir-fry for about 3โ€“5 minutes until the veggies begin to soften.
Add the sliced beef to the pan. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, or until itโ€™s about 80% cooked through. Add the cooked udon noodles and pour the sauce over everything. Toss well to combine and stir-fry for another 1โ€“2 minutes until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
