Brownie Cookie Ingredients

✿ 100 Gram Dark Chocolate
✿ 40 Grams Unsalted Butter
✿ 1 Egg
✿ 30 Grams Brown Sugar
✿ 30 Grams White Sugar
✿ 40 Gram Flour
✿ 5 Grams Cacao Powder
✿ 1 Gram Baking Powder
✿ 1 Teaspoon Espresso Powder

Make Batter

Combine Until A Smooth Batter.

Bake

Bake 350F | 10 - 12 Min.

Cool Down

Enjoy!

Melt butter and chocolate au bain marie. Set aside until use. Add egg and sugars in a bowl. Beat until foamy
Sift in the dry ingredients. Whisk until smooth.

Use a cookie scooper for the brownie cookies. Scoop them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake 350F | 10 - 12 Min

Cool down completely on the baking sheet before transferring to a cooling rack.
