Potato Au Gratin
Potato Au Gratin Ingredients
✿ 1 - 1½ Kilo Potatoes
✿ Salt & Pepper
✿ 2 Cloves Garlic
✿ Shredded Cheese
✿ 30 Grams Melted Butter
✿ 375 Milliliters Heavy Cream
✿ Seasoning (To Taste)

Peel potatoes. Thin slice potatoes.
I am using a mandoline to make it easier and faster!
Wash potatoes and drain water. Season to taste. I seasoned mine with salt, pepper and thyme.
Mix heavy cream, melted butter and minced garlic. Whisk to combine. Feel free to add some cheese and or other seasoning.
Line up or stack potatoes in an oven safe baking dish.
Pour over the cream mixture. Add more cheese on top.
Bake 375F 60 - 70 Min until potatoes are soft.
