Homemade Pumpkin Spice Muffin Crumble

It’s time for some fall baking! Are you looking for some fall recipes or wondering what you can make with your leftover pumpkins? What about pumpkin muffins?! Today we will learn how to make pumpkin muffins! These easy pumpkin muffins are a great sweet snack and perfect for the fall season. To give these spiced pumpkin muffins some more texture we will be adding a sweet crumble on top!

Pumpkin Muffin Crumble

Pumpkin Muffin Crumble Ingredients

Crumble:
✿ 80 Grams Unsalted Butter
✿ 50 Grams Brown Sugar
✿ 80 Grams Flour
✿ 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Spice

Muffin:
✿ 120 Grams Brown Sugar
✿ 220 Grams Flour
✿ 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
✿ 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Spice
✿ 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
✿ 1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
✿ Pinch Of Salt
✿ 2 Eggs
✿ 70 Milliliters Milk (Room Temperature)
✿ 340 Grams Canned Pumpkin Puree
✿ 120 Milliliters Oil

Dry Ingredients

Combine Dry Ingredients.

Wet Ingredients

Combine Wet Ingredients.

Muffin Batter

Combine Wet Ingredients With Dry Ingredients.

Combine Ingredients For Crumble.

Muffin-Crumble-Pumpkin

Bake

Bake 400F | 20 - 24 Min

Cool Down

Cool Down On Wire Rack.

Pumpkin MufFin Batter

Sift the flour and add all the other dry ingredients to it. Combine well.






Combine the milk, oil and eggs. Whisk until combined. Lastly add the pumpkin puree and combine again.






Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Combine until smooth.

Pumpkin Muffin Crumble

To make the crumble first cut the butter in tiny squares. Add the sugar, flour and seasoning. Rub the ingredients together until crumbly.

* You could also use a food processor to make it easier.



Line up muffin tin or silicone muffin mold with cupcake liners. Fill cupcake liners ¾ full with the batter. Add a spoonful of crumble on top.

Bake Muffins at 400F for 20 - 24 minutes.




When ready let the muffins cool down on a cooling rack. Serve them warm or cold. ✿◕ ‿ ◕✿

TIPS & NOTES
