Stick Kisses On Nilla Wafer.

Melt some chocolate to use as ‘glue’. Add some melted chocolate on the flat side of the mini nilla wafer. Sticks a hershey kisses on top. On the top of the nilla wafer cookie stick a mini chocolate chip on top.
