These chocolate chip cookies can be eaten fresh or you can store them in the freezer and eat them slowly when you get a craving for some bakery style cookies.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients

✿ 2 Tablespoons Honey
✿ 1 Egg Yolk
✿ 2 Tablespoons Milk
✿ 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
✿ 225 Grams Chocolate Chips

✿ 190 Grams Flour
✿ ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
✿ ½ Teaspoon Salt
✿ 100 Grams White Sugar
✿ 50 Grams Brown Sugar
✿ 145 Grams Melted Unsalted Butter

Wet Ingredients

Combine Wet Ingredients.

Dry Ingredients

Combine Dry Ingredients.

Cookie Dough

Combine Wet Ingredients With Dry Ingredients.

Chill (Optional)

Cookie Dough Is Ready.

Scoop Balls

Bake 350F | 10 Min

Cool Down

Cool Down On Wire Rack.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Combine unsalted butter, milk, egg yolk, honey and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.







Sift the flour and baking soda. Add the sugars and salt and mix well.







Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. ✿◕ ‿ ◕✿





Add the chocolate chips and combine again. You can chill your cookie dough right now depending on the type of cookie you want.
✿ No chilling for thin cookies.
✿ Chill 1 hour for thicker cookies.
✿ Chill 2 hours for thick & Soft Cookies.




Use an ice cream scooper to scoop a ball of cookie dough. Leave some space in between since the cookies will spread out.

Bake the cookies at 350F for 10 minutes or until desired crispiness.


Let the cookies cool down for 5 min before transferring to a wire rack. transfer cookies to a wire rack and let it cool down completely for it to crisp up. For an even more crispier cookie you can fan dry the cookies.

TIPS & NOTES
✿ For a more crispier cookie add more white sugar and reduce the brown sugar.
✿ For a more softened cookie add more brown sugar and reduce the white sugar.
✿ Refrigerate cookie dough before baking for a softer and thicker cookie
✿ Don’t refrigerate cookie dough for a thinner and crispier cookie
✿ Fan dry the cookies when ready for an extra crispy cookie.
✿ Try it with milk chocolate or white chocolate chips as well!
