Crumble:
✿ 40 Grams Butter
✿ 50 Grams Brown Sugar
✿ 50 Grams Flour
✿ 50 Grams Oats
Muffin:
✿ 120 Grams Brown Sugar
✿ 300 Grams Flour
✿ 2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
✿ 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
✿ 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
✿ 2 Eggs
✿ 250 Milliliters Milk
✿ 120 Milliliters Oil
✿ 2 Apples

Muffin Batter
Combine Wet Ingredients With Dry Ingredients.
Crumble
Combine Ingredients For Crumble.
Bake
Bake 400F | 20 - 24 Min
Cool Down
Cool Down On Wire Rack.
Peel the apples. Cut apples in small squares. Whisk wet ingredients until combined.
Add all the dry ingredients in another bowl. Pour in wet ingredients. Whisk until smooth. Add in the apples. Mix again until combined.
Add all the ingredients for the crumble in a bowl. Mix with you hands or a spatula until crumbly and combined.
Scoop batter into cupcake liners. Fill to top leaving 1CM.
Add desired amount of crumble on top.
Bake 400F | 20 Min
When ready let the muffins cool down on a cooling rack. Serve them warm or cold. ✿◕ ‿ ◕✿
