Shrimp Egg Stir Fry 滑蛋蝦仁

Shrimp Egg Stir Fry Ingredients

✿ 8 - 10 Shrimps
✿ 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
✿ 4 Eggs
✿ 2 Spring Onions
✿ Salt & Pepper

Prepare Ingredients

Prepare Eggs And Shrimp.

Cook

Cook Until Ready.



Season shrimp to taste with salt and pepper. Add cornstarch and mix until coated.

Crack eggs in a bowl. Whisk to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add Spring onion and whisk.




Cook shrimp both sides 2 - 3 Min. Add cooked shrimp to the egg mixture. Add more oil to the pan if needed. Pour in egg mixture. gently mix until eggs are cooked

✿ Feel free to replace the shrimp with other meat, tofu and or seafood.
