How To Make Kimchi Pancake
Kimchi pancake, also known as kimchijeon 김치전 in Korean cuisine, is a popular savory Korean pancake made with kimchi as a primary ingredient. It is often served as a side dish alongside other Korean dishes and is loved for its crispy texture and spicy flavor.
Kimchi itself is a traditional Korean side dish made of fermented vegetables, most commonly cabbage and radish, mixed with a variety of seasonings. We will be using the kimchi to make pancakes.

Kimchi Pancake Ingredients
✿ 1 Cup Kimchi
✿ Spring Onion
✿ 2 Tablespoons Kimchi Juice
✿ ½ Cup Flour
✿ 2 Tablespoon Rice Flour
✿ 1 Teaspoon Sugar
✿ ½ Cup Cold Water

Cut up kimchi in smaller pieces. Add all the other ingredients and mix until combined.
In a pan add 1 - 2 Tablespoons oil. Add some Batter and flatten into desired thickness. Cook both sides until golden and Crispy.
