Miso Soup Ingredients
✿ 4 Cups Water
✿ 2 - 4 Tablespoons Dashi Miso Paste
✿ Tofu
✿ Wakame Seaweed
✿ Spring Onion

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling add the seaweed, tofu and spring onion. Bring back to a low simmer.
In a strainer stir in the miso paste.
Serve while hot! ✿◕ ‿ ◕✿
TIPS & NOTES
✿ Stir in miso paste while it’s gently simmering. Do not bring it to a boil. It will lose the nutritional benefits if it’s boiling.
✿ You can make your homemade Dashi stock for the miso soup as well.
✿ Add miso paste to taste.
