Today we will learn How to make french bread in an air fryer! This is a really easy french bread recipe. Bread in an air fryer comes out perfect like freshly baked french bread!
Whenever I’m at a supermarket and I walk by their bakery section, the aroma of French Bread is always recognizable and instantly makes me hungry! I decided to try out my french bread recipe with a twist! That's why today we will learn how to make bread at home in an airfryer. Make this fresh yummy french bread recipe at home with only a few ingredients. The aroma of the bread will fill your house, yum!

French Bread Ingredients
✿ 580 Grams Flour
✿ 7 Grams Yeast
✿ 355 Milliliters WARM Water
✿ 1 Teaspoon Salt

French Bread
Combine yeast with warm water and give it a quick stir. Add the flour and salt. Mix everything and knead until a dough forms. When dough forms keep kneading until smooth and not sticky. Shape the dough in a ball. Place it in a bowl and coat it with a thin layer of oil. Cover with plastic and let it rest for 1 - 2 hours.
Remove the dough from the bowl. Flatten the dough a little with your hands and cut it in 6 equal sizes. Roll each dough in a ball and let it rest for 15 min.
After 15 min take one ball and flatten it with your hands. Flip it around. Roll it up and pinch the edges to seal them. Place it on a piece of parchment paper. Repeat with all.
Cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 1 more hour.
Use a sharp knife to cut a slit in the middle.
Optional: Cook the bread in a pan for 1 - 2 minutes. By doing this you can easily remove the parchment paper.
Preheat the air fryer.
Carefully place the french bread without the parchment paper in the basket. Spray the bread with some water.
Air Fry the bread on 400F for 10 minutes.
Eat hot or let it cool down. Cut it up on slices or make sandwiches! ✿◕ ‿ ◕✿
TIPS & NOTES
✿ Optional: cooking the bread in a pan before air frying makes it easier to remove the parchment paper.
✿ Spraying the bread with water halfway air frying, will give the bread a crispier crust.
