Yellow Mustard
Yellow Mustard Ingredients
✿ 1 Cup Water
✿ ¾ Cup Mustard Powder
✿ ¾ - 1 Teaspoon Salt
✿ ½ - 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
✿ ⅛ teaspoon Garlic Powder
✿ ⅛ Teaspoon Paprika
✿ ½ Cup Vinegar

Grind mustard seeds until fine.
You can use ground mustard as well.
Add water, mustard powder and seasoning to a pan. Cook on low/medium heat until thickened. Approx. 10 - 15 Min
Add the vinegar. Cook until desired consistency.
Store in a clean jar/container.
• Wait 3 - 5 days before consuming. Mustard will be bitter at first

TIPS & NOTES
✿ Your homemade mustard will be bitter at first when making it. Let the mustard sit in the fridge for 3 -5 days for the taste to mellow.
✿ For a milder tasting mustard, use lukewarm water
