✿ 2¼ Teaspoon Yeast
✿ 1 Tablespoon Sugar
✿ 1¼ Cup Warm Water
✿ 3 Cups flour
✿ 1 Teaspoon Salt
✿ 2 Tablespoons (Olive) Oil

Rest
Rest Dough 1 - 3 Hours.
Make Pizza
Use It To Make Pizza! 🍕
Combine yeast, sugar and warm water. Give it a quick stir and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Add the flour, salt and oil and knead until a dough forms.
Once dough forms, coat the dough with a thin layer of oil. Place in a bowl and cover with a towel or plastic film. Let it rest for 1 - 3 hours.
Your pizza dough is ready! ✿◕ ‿ ◕✿
TIPS & NOTES
✿ You can also rest the dough overnight in the fridge. The next day take it out of the fridge 1 hour before making your pizza.
✿ Use it to make Pizza or Pizza Pockets!
