Homemade jam can be healthier since you can adjust the sugar. Store bought jam is sometimes too sweet for me, so making a homemade strawberry jam recipe is a perfect way to personalize it to your own taste.
To make homemade jam you can use frozen or fresh fruit! Once you’ve learned to make homemade strawberry jam you will be able to make other flavors as well!!

Strawberry Jam
Strawberry Jam Ingredients
✿ 450 Grams Strawberries
✿ 150 Grams Sugar
✿ Lemon Juice

Mash
Simmer Until Soft And Mash.
Cook
Simmer Until 220F
Cool Down
Store In Glass Jar.
Add all the ingredients to a pan. Cook on low heat until the sugar is melted and the strawberries are soft. Once soft mash the strawberries in preferred texture.
Let the mixture simmer on low heat until it reaches 220F
Transfer jam to a clean glass jar.
