Meat Pie Ingredients
Seasoning:
โฟ 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
โฟ ยฝ Teaspoon Sugar
โฟ 2 Teaspoon Cornstarch
โฟ 1 Teaspoon Shaoxing Wine
โฟ 1 Tablespoon Water
โฟ Salt & Pepper
โฟ Sesame Oil
Dough:
โฟ 180 Grams Flour
โฟ Pinch Of Salt
โฟ 100 Milliliters Hot Water
โฟ 40-60 Milliliters Room Temp Water
โฟ 1 Teaspoon Oil
Filling:
โฟ 200g Ground beef
โฟ ยผ Onion
โฟ 2 Spring Onions
โฟ Minced Garlic & Ginger

Prep Ingredients
Make Filling.

Shape In Pies.
Pan Fry
Pan Fry Until Golden.
Let's prep the ingredients for the filling. Mince garlic.
Add the onion, spring onion, ginger and garlic to the ground meat. Season to taste. Mix until combined.
Letโs make the dough. Add flour into a bowl. Pour in the hot water. Mix with chopsticks. Add in batches 40-60 Milliliters Room Temp Water until a non sticky dough forms. Let the dough rest for 30 Min. Divide dough in 8 equal pieces. . Oil hands. Shape each dough into a ball.
Flatten ball with your hands. Roll out the edges. While you keep the middle thick. Add about 1 - 2 tablespoons of filling in the middle. Close the bun and flatten. Pan fry on medium low heat until both sides are golden brown
