What Is a Smoothie Bowl?
A smoothie bowl is a thick version of a smoothie. It has a thicker consistency than a smoothie. Smoothie bowls are eaten with a spoon and you can top it with your favorite ingredients. It's perfect for a breakfast smoothie. This breakfast smoothie bowl almost feels like I am eating a soft serve! The healthy smoothie bowl we are making today is packed with protein and vitamins!
We will be making a strawberry flavored smoothie bowl recipe, but feel free to use other fruits to make different flavors! For this yummy smoothie bowl recipe, I will be using Greek yogurt as the base. Let’s turn our strawberries into a berry smoothie bowl!

Smoothie bowl Ingredients
✿ 2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
✿ 500 Grams Greek Yogurt
✿ 1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup (To Taste)
✿Favorite Toppings

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Top with your favorite ingredients and enjoy! It’s that simple! ✿◕ ‿ ◕✿
TIPS & NOTES
✿ If you like a thinner consistency, add a little bit of milk.
✿ Adjust sweetness to personal preferences.
✿ This recipe is very versatile, use other fruits to make different flavors, add extracts or flavoring and top it with your favorite toppings!
✿ You can use a blender as well.
